With 21 years of property management, commercial contracting and real estate experience, Wendy Williamson set out on a mission to build a national real estate organization. After more than a decade of real estate investing, Mrs. Williamson built a team of brokers and realtors with the same dedication to serving and developing professionals in the real estate industry and began to put the steps in place to build the type of real estate agency that the market was missing.

Mrs. Williamson decided to launch Galena Realty as a virtual real estate brokerage firm, created to help real estate agents achieve a new level of success in the real estate industry.

To be successful Mrs, Williamson knew you need give agents training, not just agent training but also training on running a business and being an entrepreneur. Next, realtors needed access to high quality leads so they can generate sales while they begin to build their business. Last, realtors needed to be able to keep 100% of the commission for the deals they source on their own. If you do all of the work to generate your own lead you shouldn't have to share your hard-earned fees with anyone, including your broker.

With all of that in mind, Mrs. Williamson created Galena Realty with the intention of taking this model across the country. Helping real estate agents succeed is our business.
